Euro guy been living in Cebu for a year and kind of sick of it Will go down to Duma Tuesday for a look and might be moving there if I like it. Welcome Mika01. You can find many places where you can rent motorbikes/motorcycles (at least I assume MC stands for that ). There is a good and cheap one just opposite the new Yamaha motorbike shop in the mainstreeet of Dumaguete, the Perdices street. Ask the tricycle to go there. It is just a bit further south than the bell tower, so even at walking distance from the boulevard. I forgot the name of that shop but you can't miss it. 200 pesos /day if you rent for a longer time than only some days. At least that is what they did accept many time if renting to foreigners.
If the city life has been grinding you down, be sure to take a ride up the hill and visit Valencia. Like the Italians would say, "Itsa, nice-a place-a".
Mika01, welcome, if you want a comfy boat ride and pesos not a problem, I suggest the Ocean Jet Business Class section. Goes from Cebu to Bohol to Dumaguete, I think it is p1200 but not sure if that was for one or two of us.
