Hello eveyone i am new here. This is my first post to this site.I am planning on moving to Dumaguete in May of this year. I hope someone could give me information on finding a furnished apartment there that is decesant and good value for the money. T hanks for any information u coulg give me.

Hi I am a new member also and I will be looking for apartment/house later in the year. I have checked on the internet real estate sites but most decent places are quite expensive as the agents must add their charges. I am sure that going there and looking around and talking to people would benefit in finding a suitable place.

I would be interested in hearing from you if you find a place.
