Hello, I stumbled on this site by accident, and thought I'd join up and see what's cookin'. I'm a 24yo Filipino living in Cebu City, and I'm confined to a wheelchair. The internet is my big connection with the world. I'm especially interested in hooking up with other Filipinos who are 'challenged' like myself, and love the internet. If there's anyone in a similar situation in Dgte online I'd love to hear from them as I amass a growing circle of wheelchair bound friends from across the Philippines. Thanks! Charley
