Greetings All, I am a long-term lurker, first post. I am nearing retirement, about four years to go, and looking for a winterhaven. Maybe Dumaguete, Cebu, Bohol or Boracay. My wife is from Dumaguete, Bacong actually, and have visited there a couple of times. Made my first visit to the RP in the 70's when stationed in Korea with the US Army. Was a previous diver and hope to begin diving again upon retirement. We were last in Dumaguete in 2006 and will return next year for a visit. Regards to All
