i was planning to come back to dumaguete in november. i want a place to stay maybe 2 bedroom partially furnished willing to pay 4,000+ . i know with that price you can find something decent. anyone recomend a place?

im getting the phil south house, i want to watch them as they build it. if nobodys there who knows maybe they will do half @ss job. thats why in the meantime i will rent a house so that every week i will check up on the philsouth house.
Good idea to bull dog it, but as Rhoody pointed out in your other post, you may not have a lot of say in what or how they do it. I hope your father's final payment to PhilSouth is a month or so after completion to he has leverage in case it doens't meet expectations. Will your gf move into the rented house with you? Good luck on both situations.
