    This could be a long shot but does any member here have experience of local companies offering property management services?

    I have a house in town but currently work abroad; I would prefer to rent my house to earn an income from it rather than pay the caretaker to look after it. Hence a reliable (if thats possible) property management company who can find tennants, ensure bills and rent are paid promptly and take care of any maintenance issues that arise.

    Any suggestions welcomed.

    where is this house located? how many bedrooms. We're presently looking for a house that we could use as a staffhouse for our branch manager. Only three people will be staying, our boss and our company driver and messenger.

    Thanks for the reply glass45. Presently I am only looking at sourcing potential info re management of my family home rather than direct rentals.

    I doubt you will get much response on this because I really don't think such a service exists here. At least not at a professional level.
