Wow ! Hoping they get the speed up in 4 years from now. I'm thinking my 15 meg's slow sometimes.

 

Oh noh, tried to call PLDT, I was on hold for a long time. Cannot waste too many minutes here.

Does anybody know PLDT Dumaguete contact number?

 

I feel lucky whenever Globe feels generous enough to give me .4, and will open most sites.

Dumaguete contact number? LOL. Surely you don't expect a telephone company to have a local contact number! You might resort to a trip to their office in Robinson's.

They must have changed what they are offering, because when we signed up it was "up to" 1, 2, or 3 mbps, and we signed up for the 2 mbps, but are getting more than 3 consistently. Here is the PLDT DSL website:

I am not 100% positive, but I think if you can provide documentation that it is for a business, they can hook you up with higher speeds...you will have to ask to be sure, that is just something I heard.
