If Maluay (24 km south of Dumaguete) is not too far for you, some lots are still for sale on Beachpark ApoVista; a subdivision at the beach.
The smallest lotsizes however are a bit bigger than you are looking for (smallest are between 441 and 492 m2, biggest lot -still for sale- is 1300 m2).

Kuya Jellyfish is a good boy with many good advices, so it is ok that he "spams" from time to time ... (the advertisement fee for the DI - Team is stored in his fridge and when the road is finally done, I will make my way out there to collect )

 

Finding a lot for sale in or around Dumaguete is a whole lot easier than finding someone, who will buy a lot for a decent price, if you want or need to sell it again.

So please take your time to look around, and don`t accept the first the best offer. The biggest problem, you will face, is not to find a lot for sale, but to avoid paying to much for it :D

good deal in philippines as foreigner?

can we foreigners get foreclosure lists in dumaguete at bank? some will not give ! not advisable to buy a government repossession lot! they have 1 year to pay it back after you buy:-( THAT IS SERIOUSly bad investment for foreigner i believe.... the only good way to find good price is to find a true desperate sale and then send your filipino wife in there after educating her for about a year about real estate! hehe and after a year of educating your wife you will be amazed at how long it would take to find a true desperate sale...
