    As I will be out on the streets for most of my stay in Dumaguete, I need to rent a simple (and cheap) room to sleep and take a bath.

    I really don't need a hotel room with lots of amenities. Just a room, a bed, and a shower. :D

    Any suggestions?

    OK pension is pretty cheap and close by the Blvd.
