What is the best (if possible) roro connections between Dumaguete and CDO???...or to Butuan??????(via Cebu???)

I think you're going to have to go via Cebu to get to CDO Howard.

There is a Superferry sailing direct to Butuan every Saturday, but this is not a RoRo.

Another option is the daily Super Shuttle Ferry to Dapitan, then drive to CDO. It's quite a drive though, 280 KM or so.

Cebu Ferries, DGT-CDO roro, leaves DGT 1000hrs Sundays arrives CDO 1730hrs. Return trip, Leaves CDO 0000hrs Saturday night, arrives DGT 0730hrs Sunday morning. Don't know car prices, bikes, large size are P3500 one way. 4 pax cabin, P1400/person, ensuite toilet/aircon etc etc.

(I looked it up on the internet, then went to their office in Looc to confirm, as everything is subject to change in an instant here, never to the better either!).
