    hi everyone! i badly needed ur help... do u know of any space for rent that is situated in the heart of the city or near silliman u or teletech? enough space to open up a coffeeshop.

    Try the fourth level of the Portal West building. There are plenty near downtown and Silliman, just look around. There's one near Appliance Centrum and Belcina Jewelries.

    Try to check also along Silliman Avenue. There are several vacant lots along that road. There's nothing like an al fresco coffee shop here in Dumaguete.
