Larry gots the grammer wrong, he writes: "The only requirement is a modest investment of US $2 million or more".. In Visay-glish, he shoulda said: "The modest requirement is an investment of ONLY $2 million or more" See the difference? A price amount is always preceded by the adjective, "only".
