    After a long search and thanks to Biker Dave, I think I just bought the last poncho in Dumaguete. Sears military had just one and I got it.
    Thanks to Dumaguete Info you folks have come through again.

    Tested

    it on a ride back from lunch in a heavy rain and the new poncho worked fine.
