    I will be going to the Dumaguete Immigrations Office. My visa expires on Sunday, Feb 13. If I come and renew on Monday, Feb 14, will I be assessed a penalty? If so, how much? Will this cause me problems in the future in getting visa/extensions?

    could be up to 500 penalty. no problems in the future.

    When I was in the BOI office early this month for my annual report, there was a guy that was over due for a few days, I overheard he was charged P1,000.
