I know this is a touchy area  but I wanted to report that the construction crew is working double shifts on the new building, and it seems to come along very good.

It almost looks like there are more people working in the McDonalds construction than the upcoming Robinsons Mall.

They knock me down but I get up again...dumdidumdi daj

I am sure they will make the building strong enough to withstand a few knots of wind - Dumaguete is outside the typhoon belt so not a big chance of that...

Jeez, the happy fella you are, why not wish for other natural disasters to hit the region?

I wouldn't call anything that destroys the golden arches a disaster
    I'd call it a blessing.
I would not stay anywhere where I could even see a golden arch
    with a hubble telescope.
I really cannot understand with all the knoweldege we have now, why anyone would willingly eat this cr*p. It really is unbelievable.
It doesn't even taste good in my opinion.
I hereby call for a complete boycott of the place.

    Dumaguete McDonalds

I will let you know if your boycott works when I attend the grand opening

I am sure this IS the first out of at least 2 sets of golden arches, I can not imagine Robinsons mall would be without one when it opens.

Hell NO !!!! No fast food when I come over for a short vaca.
Their is plenty of that where I currently live. You can still find a lot of fresh stuff in Dumaguete.

    NO FROZEN STUFF

    Short Vacation in Dumaguete

I understand your stand on the short vacation issue, I would say the same thing. But when you take the step and move here, you would want as many different options including crap fast food from back home
