As usual in the mornings I listen to the radio and have a look around the net, to find things of Interest and things that fit my Sense of Humour. What I try and do is to think about things we See and Read or hear about here in the PI and see if things are happening around the World that fit in with daily life as we see it in the PI. Seems Potholes or Sink holes in this case and their causes are Universal just now Ready-made bunker...Enormous sinkhole opens up on golf course | Weird | News | Daily Express Turning Odd/weird news into Humour eases the mind of everyday stress. I am told it can even reduce Blood Pressure Anyway My Tit-bit for this Morning. JP
Did they really have to put tape around the hole? Then again, I've seen some people do some pretty stupid stuff to get a ball back.
Sad as it sounds I remember during the cold war. 2 kids were shot while Climbing over the wall to get their Football back not that far from Check point charlie in Berlin. They were from the east and the ball went over the wall to to the west. Even Kids were not exempt in those days. They were unfortunately Shot as interlopers Trigger happy Guards? NO! just doing their Job. BAD but that was/is Life Today as it was Yesterday Sad and NOT funny but it happened. JP
