⌛ A Strange Hotel in the City with an Asian restaurant

Before reaching the Dumaguete Airport, by the right side of the main highway is a nondescript hotel-- its signage clearly visible from the road. You turn right to enter a bamboo portal on a gravel road and find at the rear, the reception area for the Inn. Strange that it should be there... further on is an "Asian" Restaurant and a small parking area.

I have heard that women are not allowed to check into the hotel, unless accompanied by a man. The services are exclusively for men which makes one think: Why the discrimination? so one night, my girl friends and I ventured into the bamboo portal with a hunger borne out of curiosity.

here is what we found out: the Inn is really exclusively for men! somewhere inside is a glass box (described only to me) filled with women, all claiming to give the best massage (excuse me, what? a Massage?). Men are allowed to pick their fancy albeit at a different price for a different hand. I was also told that some rooms are luxurious and extra special. Me thinks the walls must be beveled mirrors.... I never knew good old Dumaguete had one of these places, well, not until that night.

as for the asian restaurant, i never even got halfway through my dinner. the awful smell was overwhelming, close to invasive. it stuck to my nostrils even after the long drive home. and the food is not exactly cheap, after splitting the tab we shelled out 300++ each for a small dish and a drink. my pet peeve: oily tables. so thanks but no thanks.

Let's check it all out boys , It is our duty as true respected forum members to see what is true about this " horrible "Hotel in order to let anybody making questions about know "the real thing "

Since I do not drink alcohol , I would prefer if some of the other members that you check out the bar and most important the temperature of the beer and the usuall intelligent conversation , " hello what is your name , where you come frum sur , you name Joe. hahaha I lick you ( like you ??).
I then will take care of checking out the cleaness of the rooms and more important the sheets on the beds and how they stand " heavy use " for an hour or so. Well let not overdo it , in my case 5 minutes lang ! hahaha

Perhaps after we can ISO Certify the hotel we should rename it and call it
DUMAGUETE's PRIDE ?

And as slogan .. "LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL DESEASE ? ASK FOR LOUISE !!!

 

Guess what,this might be a pioneering , exclusively gay rendevouz hotel in Dumaguete,hmmmmmmnn :D you never know.
This just made us all wonder n getting curious ...it's easy for the men in Dumaguete to check this out.ok earlmj if you're curious to have a go and if your wife doesn't mind LOLS :D

hi ealrmj & pickled newt: i hope you're not making fun of my "discovery"... i should say that i am not trying to feign my innocence on matters akin to this nor am i trying to come out self righteous. i know for a fact that prostitution has long been a social problem and has existed since the time of our forefathers...
well, this should be an interesting thread for the men although i do not want to cause trouble between husbands and wives (heaven forbid). anyway, why dont you check out the place indeed and share your experience with us (lol)?

Just curious, is prostitution technically illegal in PI? Assuming it is done between consenting adults.

Regarding prostitution, it is usually illegal in countries. It reminds me of what George Carlin said:

Funny how it can be given away for free, but you can't charge money for it. What else in the world is like that?

 

I have no earthly idea whether it is illigal or not. My own wife does not charge me anything , though she holds my money and all cheque books and Mastercard .hahaha. But yet again , I provite here on a regular baisis with free Ibobrufen against her headache . Nowadays I even hand it to here early morning so I hope she will be recovered of the headache in the evening when we go to bed. As you see I am not all that bad at all !!

 

Next time I am in Dgte I will have a look at this place, see whats going on, it does not worry me if I am there, or around prostitutes, as as matter of fact I have had some intelligent conversations with prostitutes on the boulevard, did not have sex, just chatting to another human being, whats the difference??? But this place sounds a bit out of order.

 

A Strange Hotel in the City with an Asian

I have not been to this place but I have been to similar place in
Thailand, Singapore, Manila, Cebu has this kind of a massage parlor, the glass box is called the"aquarium" where ladies with numbers can be choosen to be your masseuse, first you will have a legit massage for an hour, and it depends with the man and the masahista, for a price she can do a hand job, a blow job or straigth sex, but I don't know if they do it here, but this is what some massage parlors in Thailand, Singapore and Manila do.
The massage makes you relax and the extra gives you pleasure to experience that hourly "girlfriend" while away from home.
I ave been to Dumaguete many times, the last tme was Nov 2006 and I only saw 1 massage place in Dumaguete at that time, I am looking forward to my next vist to the City of Gentle People!
