    Hi!
I do not think there is a direct bus from Dumaguete to Sipalay.
What is the fastest way by bus, what time should I leave from Dumaguete to arrive in Sipalay the same day?
    All details will be appreciated.
    Yours, Liberty

I took a Cerus Liner from Sipay to Bayawan and there I took an airco bus to Dumaquete.

Road from Bayawan to Sipalay is very bad but Duma to Bayawan is good.

    Hi!
I did it the other was as well, but had to stay overnight somewhere in between.
The question is: what time do you have to leave on the aircon Ceres Liner to get a connection in Bayawan the same day?

I think there will be no problem.
Lots of Cerus liners go in the daytime from Dum to Bayawan en from Bayawan to Bacolot .
Buses to Bacolot go threu Sipaly.
If you go at 08.99 you have all the time and no problems to go to Sipalay.

    Greetings J.Diver

I think you can reach Sipalay easily in a day in heading either of the two routes
    A.Dumaguete -Bayawan-Sipalay route
    B. Dumaguete -Mabinay-Kabankalan - Sipalay.

The Bais -Mabinay -kabankalan route will be the one we'll take.Once in Kabankalan then head for Sipalay .

If Boracay can be reach from oriental negros all in one day, then Sipalay will be easier .However, if all done by bus, this might take longer depending on frequency of trips going for Sipalay.
