    Job Agency in Dumaguete

A job agency would be cool

We are always having problems finding enough competent local workers.

We are in need of 20+ english content writers right now and it is really hard to find somebody that actually wants to work, most make promise after promise and deliver a fraction... Then they quit after a few months without any form of notice...

    Can be quite frustrating...

In my humble opinion why Dipolog is called the Orchids City because there are quite a number of orchids growers in the place, not just for business but as a hobby as well. I've got no pictures as of now, but I can assure you, there are variety of orchids in the city alone. We have a few in the garden and that's what I intend to do in our garden as well (Dumaguete.) I've got green hands, and passion in gardening.

Tell me more Dane. I would really like to live in Dumaguete. If there is anyway I could augment my super I would be there in a flash. I don't want to make a fortune. Well i guess i do but i will settle for a lot less than a fortune. The other thing which scares me a little about tropical paradises is the lack of activity. One can only walk along the beach so many times. Retirement has always terrified me and I feel if i just went to Dgt i would be a real retiree and that is not what i want.

I don’t think one will lack activities when in 'tropical paradise' .In some perspective there’s relatively more activities to engage in ,though depending with ones range /level of interests. If you're unto car racing or hot air ballooning , the PI hasn't got defined sophisticated activities like those for instance, once in bluemoon maybe . To visit , see for yourself and experience the Philippines is a must do ,if you consider chances of moving to the philippines in the future.

I wish I have the time in my hands to do all the things in my interest .I will be put to live anywhere ,I will always be occupied with something to do.I wish I could have live for 300 years or more to experience all I wish to do in my lifetime, sadly not. The fact life is too short , there’s less space to spare idle with empty hands.

One of the reasons why we want to retire in Dumaguete, Blue is because of of it's location. It is a small city with a very relaxed way of life. On the other hand, if we get tired of the small town feel, we can just hop in a fast craft and go to Cebu or take the plane ride to Manila for the weekend. That's the plan anyway:smile:

Hi all , i was wondering if anyone had checked out the apartments advertised by island properties . in the ad they look like what used to be called terrace houses. all brand new and look real nice. the ad doesn't say exactly where they are but they are only mins from anything you would want. (how unusual) so if anyone has looked i would appreciate your appraisal. Like i said before i am thinking very seriously of retiring in Dumaguete and they look really good in the ads. I have sent a query to the agents but they are sometimes a little steady. the reference code that islandproperties use for the units is RAP 3806 Thanks and have a good day Blue

search the forum for islands properties, they had some very bad reviews from other members.

Earl had a bad deal with them too...
