    He go by the name of "Attorney Mik". He is an attorney there in Dumaguete. He has saved my legal butt several times over the last 20 years. Not only is he a very VERY good attorney he is also a very good person to get to know. I am very proud to call him friend. Real Estate can and is real tricky in the PI and we would never buy with out his first looking over the contract.

    Good info, everybody should have contact info for an attorney if they are thinking about moving here and maybe buying land or setting up a business.
