Hi everyone, To save me going through all the grief of finding out officially. I am sure there are a lot of members who are non Philippine nationals and live permanently or more or less permanently. in the Philippines. I am an Australian citizen and as I have mentioned before, I intend to settle (retire) in Dumaguete permanently. in the next year of two. So can anyone tell me what is the procedure for gaining permanent residency status. Is it a hassle. I am married to a Philippine citizen. Thanks I look forward to you advise.
