    I see comments about the French owners. They left and trail of destruction, money owed and a real mess behind them. Apart from illegal gambling the place didnt make a penny and it was run into the ground. Thats how they survived. Such a shame because as an inner city Resort not a Bar, Black Pearl has lots of potential. I know the new owners very well and wish them all the success. :smile:

    You are so right here, they work moistly 14-16 hours and make probably 300-500 pesos so really not worth all the headaches you will have as a business owner.
