⌛ Planning to settle in Dumaguete

Hi everyone

Im very new here...

im presently living in Mandaue cebu but by next week we will
be probably in Dumaguete. We are looking for place to stay of course
with a budget of at least 5-8k per month. Would anyone know of
such a place? as of this moment there is no particular place yet...
but more likely not very far from the city...valencia and dauin ...and
san jose i guess even would be fine...

if any of you know somebody who are looking for tenant please let me know...
i will appreciate all help that you can extend to me...

i would also like to know if you know of people who are selling property...
we are also looking or vying for a lot for sale ... which eventually we are hoping our permanent place to stay....
