Suggestion Looking for simple gettaway spot.

Hey guys. I'm looking for a suggestion on a simple beach gettaway spot for a couple days. Not looking for the expensive and far Panglao or Boracay. Something I can get to via motorcycle, ferry, bus fairly simple from Dumaguete just for a couple days getaway. Something not big touristy but a bit of fun. Would be extra awesome if there is a resort or such with a jetski or banana boat that isn't insanely overpriced towards the big tourists.

 

I can vouch for Bermuda Beach Resort other than not too much to do there than "chill". The beach is great for swimming and watching the sunset. The food was good as well. Internet was impossible to connect to for me but otherwise a great place. Also a few other resorts on the same beach if you want to explore for meals.

 

Sipalay actually sounds great. I'll be looking for a resort I guess with a banana boat or jetski if lucky though maybe. Tried texting Bermuda Beach Resort though and they just texted back "call pls" and that's it and the refuse to answer the simple text question. Not so caring to call a smart number as its the only option when they could answer via text very easily rather then dropping 50-100p easily in calls as I'm TM/Globe.

 

I always drop Francis at Bermuda beach an email and he replies straight away. Its a good place to go and relax. Nice places around to eat. Reminds us of Boracay 25 years ago. Other wise if you you dont want to go so far Kookoos nest is our chill out place. Food great, nothing to do but relax

 

If you go to Sipaly better take the bus. If motorcycle you have to leave it in the city since you need to take pumpboat to the resorts.
Zulu sunset got nice food & accomodation. Kayak's around, but no jetski's

 

Tongo sail inn down at Tambobo bay is a nice quiet get away and great food and simple bungalows with a unique shower setup, not sure about internet in the cabins but there is internet at the bar and resturant I think from our last stay there

Have you thought of Moalboal. A nice place to relax, no traffic, good bars and restaurants.
