    some beehives

This was one of the houses we looked at near momchilovsti close to Pamparovo in Bulgaria ,which got beehives in its steep back garden . Those beehives look simple but actually the owner had got few gallons of honey and invited us to taste it.Nice for pancakes I thought. This should be possible in Valencia considering the area still have some wild vegetation ,more flowers and bees around.

we had a guest from new orleans last year that was in the bee buisness there - he was looking into getting bee boxes done in the philippines and shipping them to bee keepers in the US - the idea is profitable on paper - because the labor to make them is so cheap ... even factoring in the huge shipping costs

hi! as business consultant, I would greatly advise any one thinking of starting a particular business to do a market and feasibility study first before going any further. That way, one can make the next move based on the outcome of that study. Loans for capital (particularly for small businesses) can be obtained from certain government agencies, since one of the major government thrusts right now is for entrepreneurship. Our neighboring province, Bohol, has some bee farms.

Hi All.Would a Casino resort hotel be feasible on Apo Island? It would surely attract tourist. It would not be tempting to the mainlanders coz its hard to access. The locals will surely benefit from it coz it will provide jobs to them. No prostitution too coz its just a small well organize place. Well, its just a thought.

not at this point, from my point of view. dumaguete city is not even ready for that kind of business. for one thing, capital infusion would be huge. then there is one other major consideration that one has to take into account, when planning of putting up this line of business here...the overall personality of the population. Dumaguetenos as a whole are not into gambling and that sort of thing. they'd rather save their money in the banks (hence the presence of so many banks here), or spend it on food (as of my last market study, 52% of a Dumagueteno's monthly income goes to food). if you remember, a few years back, there were plans of putting up a casino at the utzurrum property in sibulan. the plan fizzled out.
