    I am new to this forum.... Please share your knowledge of living in Dumaguete with me. Seeking information concerning buying home/land there. Also monthly expenses. I have been told the ocean breezes make Dumaguete comfortable for an Up-State Snow man as myself. Also is there an American population there? My Fianc'ee and I are very much interested in Dumaguete. Thank You...Charles

    Welcome to the forum Charles. I have noticed most of the members of this forum are Americans. It's nice hearing you consider buying properties in Dumaguete and maybe retirement perhaps???
