Utilities & Mobile PLDT Office Location?

Can someone point me to the PLDT office that handles the broadband internet? Obviously, some folks here have PLDT service and I want to find out if it is available to me in semi-rural Valencia. I think that, even harder than learning to adjust to a new culture, finding where to get things and get things done is an even more difficult task. I would be grateful for SPECIFIC information/directions/locations. Thanks! (I even accept Lat/Long!)

 

I had gone there before and gotten no information from the young lady behind the desk. Based on your input, I gave it another try yesterday. The man giving out the "take-a-number" slips asked me what I was there for (you get different numbers based on who you need to talk to.) As it turned out, he was knowledgeable on PLDT in Valencia. He asked if I was in "Valencia proper." I said no and that I was in the Liptong barangay. He asked if I was "before the cemetery." This was my clue that the guy was familiar with the setup there. I said I was beyond it, and he said there is no service there from PLDT.

 

You should be no further than a km or two from the Globe tower, which has LTE available.

 

I'm about a half kilometer up the hill from the Liptong basket ball courts. I don't know where the Globe tower is, but my Globe cell service at my apartment is terrible. Won't work at all some of the time, and have to walk my phone around the apartment very often to get a Globe TXT message to send. If I am close to the Globe tower (I have not discovered where that is), one wuld not know it from the cell service here. I have to use Smart to get anything done reliably from my apartment as far as cellular goes.

 

I looked at a couple places over there, both said getting Globe working there was unlikely but I could try LOL. The issue seems to be being in a lowpoint with a bunch of mature surrounding trees making a very tall antenna poll required to get a good shot at a tower.
