⌛ Angeles City - Dumaguete

what is the most convenient way getting from angeles city to dumaguete?

 

Easiest way from Angeles City to Dgte.

Take Philippine Rabbit or Dagupan bus from there to Manila. Then fly either Air Philippines or Cebu Pacific from Manila to Dumaguete either morning or afternoon flight.

 

I might be wrong, but I thought there are flights from Clark to Dumaguete.

Hi only Clark to Cebu then you could get ferry over to Dumaguete from Cebu. I think its easier to get the Manila flight to Dumaguete.

From AC you take a car (2100 Peso) to MNL Domestic, is you book a flight during weekdays 7 days before planned departure you'll get a great rate with Cebu Pacific (and you can print out your e-ticket) or Air Phil (you need to go to an office)\

I am definitely retiring in PI in 4 years time.

Dumaguete is definitely on my watch list.

I post on some of the other AC related boards occasionally and have been coming to PI for over 20 years.... I am looking for somewhere that has a small to medium expat community. relative safety, cheap rentals or condos to buy and of course companionship at the click of my fingers...ehehhe.

Any other ideas on places?
