    Hi everybody,
I am relocating to Dumaguete, I am already here and looking for a place to settle.
I am a Doctor of Chiropractic graduated from USA, I am australian and french by nationality, I am semi retired now and want to enjoy a peaceful and quiet life.
I decided to relocate here after a few trips here and find the place very pleasant and the people very nice.
So now I am here and first I am looking for a house to rent long term, at least 3 bedrooms, most preferably beachfront or very close to the sea.
I like the area of Zamboanguita and I am more looking in that area or even closer to Dumaguete city.
I have seen a few houses for rent already but they were not in a nice condition....I am particular on where I live and like nice places....eheheheh
May be someone can help me and I would be very appreciative for that.
    Thank you in advance.
    Alex

Welcome to the forum Alex. You came to the right place. Where in USA did you graduate? I'm pretty sure, most members who are residents there can help you find a nice place to call home. Good luck and have faith in this forum.

    Hi Dave

No, I do not intend to open a clinic of Chiropractic in Dumaguete, I will probably still see some of my friends on an unformal basis, as I am retired and enjoy not running clinics anymore.
I work quite differently from Jim and use only light techniques.
    Thank you for your interest
    Alex

    Thank you Earl

Thank you for your warm welcome.
And for these informations, but I would prefere to find a Beachfront....may as well enjoy the beach while in such beautiful place.
This forum is very nice and I am very appreciative to the welcome.
    Alex
