how much was the price per square meter? because i had a friend also who owns a lot about 3hectare is just near that place but above the hill or over looking the sea,he is planning to sell a part or parcel on the lot to finance the development.

 

You are right India-One, our place is just next to the Virgin Mary statue. We had a special tour last May this year and a thread of the Virgin Mary in this forum. Bought a 1,500 SqM, so pricey but who cares when you have a fabulous view like that to enjoy the rest of your life. And it's certainly worth it.

d*mn straight!! The question is - will it ever happen? For yonks cock fighting had been a regular Sunday (or whatever day they agree to gather for a "tigbakay") thing for a lot of pinoys. My greatest sympathy goes for you Kai and family. But don't lost hope. That might not be for you and someday, you'll find a better place for you and your family. Mine, is just a matter of waiting as it takes time to apply for the approval of the subdivision planning and transfer of land ownwership. We trusted our vendor 100% and in no time, our waiting will be over soon.
