    yes not sure about rabbit but what i have tried before i n central africa
    was frogs legs. They were big frogs and the legs tasted delicious
    almost like chicken
    why does everything exotic taste like chicken?
    Snails are also ok
    I'm sure with a;ll the frogs and snails in the phils this would be possible?

    Isn't bad eating fowls with the glam name of a chicken and others taste exotic ,when thinking the other way it's only eating descendants the dinosaurs .

    Chef Carmine ,i hope in the long term your presence in Dgte will impart better clues to the negrenses not to cook the horrible filipino sweet spaghetti ,where they have to pour in evap or condense milk . I went to a friend ,and there she serve us her ' delicious ' spaghetti, i couldn't say much except to say the normal 'thank you ',her spag was too sweet , taste bad.

    Newt, I remember that version of spagbol very well, in fact I used to know a pinay who whenever there's a gathering at her place would serve that - with sliced-up franks and tasting far too sweet. My version of bolognése sauce is: brown the mince, add onions, garlic, shrooms if you want and even green/red peppers, pour in the chopped toms and tom paste, add oregano or whatever mixed herbs you fancy, bring to the boil, then simmer until ready. My secret ingredient: ketchup - just a bit to taste. Pour the finished sauce on freshly cooked pasta, add grated parmesan and tuck in!! Pwerteh!! :D

    I copied & sent your info to my friends in Dgte. Good Luck! I LOVE Italian food. My heritage is Italian so it is in my blood! I will certainly try your place once I get there so I hope you plan on staying for a LOOOONNNGG time.

    well what i can say?? i just invite all of you to come and try my food!! a lot people say its one of the best italian restaurant in the philippines!!!some else saying the best in the country.i can say only this words!! i ready make 3 times a party in makati for one of rich family in the philippines MADRIGAL !!!!
    now if some one ask me what is my segrets exept cooking,its my passion and love for this kind of job!!! thank you have a nice day!!
