⌛ real estate association in dumaguete

hi guyz.. do u have any idea of an association of real estate brokers in dumaguete? and whether they offer reviews for brokers' licensure exam?

 

brokers exam is easy in dumaguete you just ask twice what the property is worth, make sure it is someone that has just landed. seriously most real estate is sold here word of mouth. try manila or cebu.

It has been my experience that in Dumaguete all you need to be a real estate agent is to say; "I'm an agent".
Like being in A.A., you is if you say you is. No such thing as a "real estate broker, exam or license". I found some houses that had 8 or more "agents" all wanting to be paid by the buyer! BUYER BE WARE OF THE AGENT/S!!

yupz there is a review in Cebu held every May and November.. but am not quite sure if they also cover selling properties in Dumaguete.. that is why i asked if there is one in Dumaguete..

All the "AGENTS" seem to disappear once they find out that Atty. Mik is handling the sale.
