    Tanjay is about 30 Km away from Dumaguete city, and it is a wonderful place to take pictures of the friendly people, and the scenic view of the country side. There are many fishing ponds in the southern part of Tanjay and in the higher elevation and northern part there are sugarcane fields. I visited one of the fishing villages on the beachfront of Tanjay, and spent some time at the market having a great time with all the many new friends that I’ve made in and outside of the market. Sit back and enjoy the journey with me as I take you to one of our neighboring cities, Tanjay.
