    Scary.....
What happenned if you did not rescued the Kid, would you be liable for it because it was inside your property?

Anyway, when did you purchased this property? Was it expensive?

But you really have a big space inside.

    Two thumbs up!!!

To be honest I dont really know. The boy was a visitor together with his grandmother and step sister(I believe). But how the Philippine justice system would treat the case I don't know.
But this will anyhow just be speculations.
As of now I probably have a big star with the grandmother together with the phillippine man which took care of the respitorial part of the first aid.
I have a lot of this action captured on video too by the family member which took care of the videoing that day.

You was asking about internet connection. I haven't cause I dont live in the PH yet.Not land line phone either. Are Using Mobile.

The property I have had for around 6 years. I think I paid around 170 pr SQM.
And I thought that was a OK price.

By the way, have you been there seeing it?

    I have Ok space innside.
The smallest 4 bedrooms are 13 Sqm each. Masters are 20 Sqm + walk in closet and bathroom.

    Forum for diving.

    Hello guys and girls.
Since this is also a forum about diving. I will send som photos about diving and spearfishing in Norway. In the Phils it is another question about marine resourses which is haunted to bad allready. So there I will have to see but no touch basically.I got my diving licence in 1977 and have been active diver since then.
Having around 3000 dives. Mainly strong current seadives along our coast.
And as a diver, I am the old fashioned type. I am still using my Fenzy, 2x10L tanks. Poseidon CSU 300 and Scuba Vision Mask. Still alive after 30 years in use.

Well. Basically I mean a device which stabilize the voltage in the house and surroundings. I think I have low energy lamps (fluoressent)more or less everywhere in the house. But even theese need stable supply. So I need a voltage regulator. I think theese have another name, which i cannot remember.
So I was asking here if someone have an experience with different brands. Most problems I have had with my well pump. With the switch who is in the tower tank. This have had to be replaced a couple of times allready.

Nice that you like the body paint.
Pink Floyd is my favorite band. And I joined a Roger Waters consert in a nearby place last year.
    Awesome sound and music.

    blackline,

maybe you are talking of a "STEP-UP TRANSFORMER", this one enables your low voltage supply from NORECO to be converted into optimal 220v in your house, therefore minimizing low voltage, and for sure you will have bright lights, and all appliance would be working fine, this one also serves as surge protection.

by the way, are you using chlorine generator for you jacuzzi and pool?

    "STEP-UP TRANSFORMER",Thats probably the one.

    Hello India.

I dont use a Clorine generator.

I use clorine of brand GuardX, and my caretaker add this every second day thru the strainer. And check it with test kit every second week.

    Blackline,
A step-up/step-down transformer is fixed and will only step-up or down the voltage from one value to another. If your feed voltage is correct and steady it can be step-up/down to another fixed value.
The problem you describe is that the feed voltage is low and or variable.
How far is the nearest power line transformer? I bet it’s too far away.:( I would guess you will need to have one installed next to your home, in your compound. Contact the local power provider they can help you. (Yea its gona cost$) Do you have a good electrician working on your house? If so he or she can guide you. If not frankly you can read the details yourself and have a good grasp of what needs done safely. For sure you must isolate any self generated power as it could kill someone downline.
I hope someone smarter than me jumps in here with better knowedge.
    Regards Dave
