Number one , and well deserved !!

Beside the fact that our webmasters know what they are doing , the major efforts of some of the older members here , make the creme in the coffee.
No need to mention any names here , each of them will know for the best.
The topics are always refreshing and of a kind of calibre you would,nt find on other sites. Thanks to the AWARNESS of all involved I would say..
It is the great CARE of CONSERVING Dumaguete treasures and those within Negros Oriental that all involved have on their mind.
Members can see eye to eye on most topics and a strong boundage is growing now. Even those that do not agree and even use an , lets say unusual kind of language , spice up the whole matter and function as true eye openers...
This all will benifit those those from abroad that hungher for UP TO DATE INFORMATION , as we all are more then willing to assist those that seek for outcome and detailed info,no matter on what....
Some of the finest specialist we have "on board " . well respected for their tremendous skills for diving and knowlegde of the marine world.
Other more on tourism on land , or on culture affairs..
Also the general information in regard to the "to be aspected lifestyle " here in the Province of the Gentle People , FOR the Gentle people ,will have plenty of admiration from all new coming visitors to this site "par exellence "as it has become to be known in such a short time only.

There are only two Visayan websites worth visiting in my opinion. The most important reason is that they are up to date and active with many members contributing valuable information. Duma Info is the best! The other one (which will remain unnamed) has a couple of rabid ultra-right-wing American expats that spoil things for anyone with a contrary opinion.

My congratulation to you and your effort to promote Dumaguete in a good way. All i can say, im greatful that improvement comes to dumaguete. As there's a lot of places trying to win and spend money to attract businesses and investor. Dumaguetienian can handle that. We will just wait and see. Its not that nice to come home and have a job in your own home town ?
Im happy to think that in the near future my "kababayan" can be proud of themselves and city.
If Di can be number in google search DUMAGUETE CITY can be number as a GENTLE PEOPLE.
