Basically it means the Sum Total of all foreigners in the Corporation can Not exceed 40% You could have 5 Foreigners in the Partnership/Corporation but to a maximum of 40 % only.

Yeah. When metering from outside the rooms inside are becoming much smaller. A 4 sqm room measured that way can become in reality a 3.6 sqm or even smaller room.

 

That's true, property developers measure from the outside getting their favorable measurement.
