I'm still a little confused about the 60/40 corporations and owning land. I'm not sure how that plays out entirely regarding land ownership.

 

Basically it means the Sum Total of all foreigners in the Corporation can Not exceed 40% You could have 5 Foreigners in the Partnership/Corporation but to a maximum of 40 % only.
Such as I have researched

 

Many rooms are measured from the middle of the wall to the middle of the opposite wall. This system makes the rooms also smaller than listed.

 

This is How I do it for instance

 

A correct measurement would be to measure the walls separately.

 

The developer doesn't want to see a single square inch going to waste and not being on-sold. Measurements taken from the middle of the wall to the middle of the opposite wall if the unit has neighbouring units either side of it, otherwise the measurement is taken from the outside of the wall.

 

Yeah. When metering from outside the rooms inside are becoming much smaller. A 4 sqm room measured that way can become in reality a 3.6 sqm or even smaller room.

 

That's true, property developers measure from the outside getting their favorable measurement.
