⌛ Escaping The Rat Race

I Have Only Just Joined This Forum And Would Like To Introduce Myself. I Am From London 55 Years Old With A Filipino Wife & 2 Girls. I Have Been Visiting The Phils & Dumaguete On And Off For 20 Years. During That Time Dumaguete Has Changed Out Of All Recognition And Is Now A Vibrant If Somewhat Chaotic Place, But Still Retains The Small Town Atmosphere. Still, Next August 2008 We Are Relocating To Dumaguete And Hopefully Find A Better Way Of Life. We Have Been Planning This Move For Many Years And Have Now Decided The Time Is Right. I Will Be Glad To Meet My Friends And That I Have Met Over The Years And Become Active In The Expat Community.

first of all, thank you for replying to me.

Chaotic : completely unordered and unpredictable.

I was referring to the traffic in Dumaguete, mostly the Pedicabs and the function of a pedestrian crossing along Gov Perdices.

 

My husband & I are still here in Newcastle and planning to move to Dumaguete hopefully next year. Good decision King Cole. Hope to meet you and your whole family next year. Good luck....And welcome to this forum.
