Rental I rented a small 1 bedroom across the street from this apartment. Not furnished but with an aircon. 5,500 a month. Nasty smell from the city dump and all kinds of smoke at least a few days a week.
I visited my friend in Dumaguete last week and he lives with his family in Dumaguete Springs Apartment on Valencia Road across the street from SSS. His apartment a lovely big 2 bedrooms is on the inside of the building by the pool and it is fully furnished and European style. Best deal for the money considering everything. According to my friend it is peaceful and nobody dips their nose into their business and you can come and go as you please. You can actually walk to Robinson's and down town is just 5 min. away. Very nice management and no owner on the premises. In the same building there are stores and the restaurant. Edelweiss.
No, I don't ever live there but heared from some of of my friends who lived there that it is a nice place to stay and also cheap in rated. They suggest me to live there but I don't.
Wow, that sounds perfect for me, wish i had a contact number, i heard of another place, but the owner, is i wont be in town 3 to6, in manilla 9th, etc so made it hard to go look at the property. thanks
