Here are some pictures I took yesterday in the city market. If you notice there are a lot of smiles in the picture. This is truly the city of gentle people.

THANKS Rev Robinson! I loved the pics! My favorite place to go was the market. It was such an experience each and every time! Yes, I miss all the smiles and lively personalities. It was a great way to connect with people. Everyone was very helpful in explaining their vegetable/fruit/fish and explaining how to cook or how to eat it. I am missing the PHL even more now!

Nice Pics Rev Robinson. Thanks by the way. Lots of familiar faces in there and i got lots of memories too. Because we used to have a store in the Market. The first pic with some RTW in it these is building 3 and facing these store in Building 2 is our store long time ago. I even used to carry 50 kg. of sack of rice just to transport these to terminals because our customer before is from far north and south of Dumaguete. Good Memories of doing a living!!!

    Hey Rev!!
could you also post some photos of the painitan? i just want to reminisce those days when every time i visit dumaguete, i would eat at one of the painitan and order tsokolate, puto and sari-sari (coffee, with milk and chocolate). i know i am just torturing myself but i just can't help it.
    Thank you.
