    Hi Guys!!!
It took me so long to be on the forum again, since that Im already back home (Davao) Still I remember the place which I could probably say its our little paradise. Were lookin forward to transfer there this coming March or April.

We miss everything there, specially the sunrise and sunset. I miss the view on our porch (Apo Island) while resting.

For staying more than a month in Dumaguete (Zamboangueta) I'm just wonder why it takes too long to have Broadband in this place!? Well of course Dauin Got it but Hey Why in Zamboangueta still until now didnt have.

I do hope when we come back there the broadband is already there hehhhehheeheh!!!!

    Great pictures... thanks for sharing.
As of my knowledge in Dauin is only IT Outlook as a broadband-connection available, with unreal high price for installation. I heard they also can deliver to Zambo. Smart Bro is a bit slow, I had it in Dauin, it is ok for sending some mails, but not much more, but we still have to think about in which part of the world we are.

    cheers

    Rhoody

Chris, I'm also living in Zamboanguita (Maluay) and have for over one year broadband from IT Outlook. It's true that it is expensive and also true that I also had a lot of problems with failing connections.
Since I had not many alternatives I stayed.
Luckily the performance has been well improved since some time.
Still some problems but they are mostly now solved within an hour.
In Zamboanguita there are quite some people using the same provider as me for the same reason.
Price is out of proportion, but some share it with other neighbours to make it affordable.

Actually, the owner of the place that we stayed has the same broadband like yours Jellyfish. But the problem is if you have a thick wall (because were using wireless connection) it causes a lots of problems. specially if th eother users using th eline for gamings and downloads. We asked the owner how much he paid for the tower and the line and all we can is WOW!!! (makbuslot ug bulsa hahahhahah)
Smart Bro Band can fix this problem if they will open there. Its affordable and have good signal as well:p

I think I recognise the place you stayed (stay) Chris, because that first pic you attached looks familiar (the building, as far as you can see it).
I had a talk with that owner quite some months ago to investigate who more in my area has/had problems with my broadband provider.
Is it correct that he has 2 more houses for rent at his premises who also use his antenne ?
One of his renters did use it most of the time for downloading, he told me.
So I understand your problem even more :D

Your right Jelly:p this guy really loves to down load and If he use it, it really screw up the connection. since that hes the nearest one in the antina he got all the oppurtunities to get a good signal. Anyways, when we come back there and staying for good. we will upgarde the owners antina (of course w/ the permession) The owner of this compound we stayed we like him so far and were delightful to meet him and stayed hes place for more than a month:smile: .
