    I am planning to establish a business corporation in the Philippines. I am a dual
    (Phil/Am) citizen and want to start a Property Mgmt Services when I "retire".
    Can I do it on my own or do I have to hire a lawyer? Can somebody point me to the cheapest, easiest direction? Any information is much appreciated. Thank you.

    you seemed wide-read and knows your way in the philippines (whom to contact with like the Silliman University; travel advise, etc.) same goes with legal matters, i suppose.

    all your previous postings gave me the idea that you are also 'informed' regarding the subject.
