    We are both new to this forum, so just poppin' in to say hi!! My girlfriend and I will be visiting Dumaguete in April of this year to do a spot of diving and sightseeing. Donesa wants to go for her Open Water certification as I am already qualified. She experienced her first fun dive in Moal Boal last year and really enjoyed it. Donesa is originally from Bislig and I was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

    We are looking forward to our trip and seeing some of the city while we are there

    I've been reading up about the Dolphin and whale watching trips and that is something we would both love to do.

    Should be a fun trip

    Wow, Bislig City! Never been there, but according to the map, nice bay overthere.

    Was about to take a flight to Ireland 6 years ago but was refused the entry! Promised to go there again oneday, to see the country of the Oldest Boy- Band-of-the-World!

    April should be great for Dolphin watching, usually calm waters, make it with a combination with the sandbar (a few hours there) its great fun

    Welcome to the forum tipmart87. I know a number of people from Bislig. They might know your gf since it's a small town. By the way, I'm sure you're going to have fun in Dgte :smile:

    Thank you everybody for the warm welcome. We are both looking forward to our stay there, we will be there for 6 nights, which of course is never long enough when you want to go diving, sightseeing, eating etc etc!!!! But hopefully we will get a taste for the place and return.

    I enjoyed looked at the photos by "The Dane" of the dolphins and the sand bar, that will definately be a day trip for us, weather permitting. hopefully we can find a few people to share a boat with us
