    been using COD in Shopee for 5 years without any scam orders.... everything I order and I get 2 or more deliveries a week (building a house) are all COD.

    Funny, having credit card issues with Lazada is why I started using Shopee a year ago. Lazada did not work with my BDO card which has a two factor confirmation process. Lazada and BDO did not work together. Sometime since then Lazada and BDO worked things out so the two factor process works these days.

    I have received COD scam orders. My name and address has somehow made it on a scammer list somewhere. I only pay with cards now. I will not allow anyone in my house to order COD, they can ask me to pay with my card or go to 711 and pay in advance if they want to pay with cash. Any delivery that comes to my house as COD immediately gets refused and sent back to the sender. I get my card's cash back/points (a 1 to 5% discount paid by the seller and cash buyers), additional consumer protections, and I don't have to constantly run to the ATM by using my cards. Every little bit counts. I've earned enough points with AMEX for 2 round trip flights to the US.

    From what I'm seeing online Shopee does not accept foreign cards, which is the only type I have.

    i'm a klutz on a touch screen but i found my way into ''live chat'' on a pc; they don't make it easy! it took repeatedly entering ''live chat'' in the cleo chat. hours 6am to noon for live chat iirc.

    order #43xxxxxxxxxxx51 has been at the entrego depot since 29 october
    order #43xxxxxxxxxxx52 has been at the entrego depot since 2 november
    order #43xxxxxxxxxxx53 has been at the entrego depot since 2 november

    this has happened to me before (recently), one package was at the local entrego depot 14 days and the other 23 days before delivery.
    and, by the comments on a local chat group, i'm not the only person having problems with the dumaguete entrego depot.

    ninja is very reliable. J&T is excellent and one or two days faster than ninja. entrego sucks!!!

    Entrego finally delivered my 2nd package. Not sure if they two complaints made any difference or not. I have a third with them but it still hasn't hit the local hub.
    Judging from their online reviews it is a nation wide problem.

    Ninja is the fastest for me closely followed by J&T and then just ok service by LBC (though they have the friendliest delivery guys by far).

    My last package with Entrego was late by over 2 weeks. I filed another complaint against Entrego and Lazada sent me an email yesterday saying the order was lost in transit (even though it has been sitting with Entrego local hub for nearly 2 weeks) and a refund was issued. This morning Entrego sent a message saying they would deliver and then followed through this afternoon.

    Curious how this will play out as I'm sure Entrego will not want to get stuck with the P2k bill for something they (eventually) delivered. I made sure to open the items (two containers of creatine monohydrate) as soon as they were delivered so that they would be considered used and would not be accepted by the seller in that condition if a return was demanded. More than happy to pay the seller/Lazada for the product but will have zero interest in cooperating with Entrego on any dispute. Guess we'll see how it plays out...maybe I just got a free 4 month supply of creatine, hopefully, at Entrego's expense. :rolleyes: (I suspect the refund will be cancelled and I will end up paying for it, which is perfectly fine. I order these things well in advance because I know this sh*t courier may get tasked with delivery, a service they are obviously not equipped to handle.)

    Last time I went to the Entrego hub. The guard would not let me in. I waited for over an hour and finally just walked past the guard. The hub was a mess, boxes all over the place. No organization. I gave my package info to one of the workers. He looker for about an hour. Than there were two, than three. They found it after 2 hours. Entrego is the worst delivery service in Dumaguete. Got this from Lazada but still no help.
