⌛ need suggestions for room repaintings

good day! were planning to sell or house soon. But we still have to do some major room repaintings. If you were the buyer for example, what specific color would you want your living room, dining room, bathrooms, and your 4 bedrooms? any suggestions would help us coz we want to attract buyers so that it can be sold as soon as possible.

white, safe neutral and then they can use room accents to add color.

I agree with RHB. You can't go wrong with white or cream. Also makes the rooms look cleaner, brighter and bigger.

tnx guys! But what is your say about "pastel colors" instead of white/cream? Its a suggestion from an architect friend of mine.

 

thing is, we never know the exact taste of the potential buyers, some may like pastel colors, some may not. you could offer to repaint though should they dislike the color, hehe.

 

just include on your ad, "free repainting according to your taste"

 

black is good. Just kidding! I would suggest an off-white color. Latex semi-gloss for the trim and maybe the walls and latex flat for the ceiling. Try a small room first to see if you like it.

I have remodeled many, many houses and apartments and always, but always paint them either white or cream. Stay away from the pastels.
