thank you for the warm welcome my new friends. i am not sure if i should start a new thread or continue this one. thanks so those offering advice about lots for sale.

i would like to meet someone here that has experience starting a service business in the dumaguete area. i have operated a food service operation in canada for many years and i would like to get some advice from people who have experience at starting a business as an expat in Philippines.

    Wildbill0, welcome aboard!

Make a business plan first. Do 'what you know'. For instance, if you were an author, you would write 'what you know' So, you have experience in the food service operation? Then, this is where I advise you to start your business plan.

Go on the internet and look up starting a business plan. Then, go to the bookstore and get some books to help you organize and build the business plan.

This should get you started. Good luck
