I wanted to know if anyone new of places to buy bulk foods . Garbonzos ( Chick Peas ) especially and if there is a place to buy Indian food indredients . You can still enjoy many foods with type 2 Diabetes ...but finding them in Sugar - land RP`s , can be hard . Can anyone help ? Kind regards

There are a lot of healthy food choices really but you have to cook them yourself or by someone who's also into healthy living because most restaurants and food stalls either have too much salt or other seasonings that aren't healthy.

There's this place near the public market that sells bulk in particular, mostly vegetables and fruits, among others. The store is called LESTER (or something). Opposite Building 2 of the public market, there's a road there with a mini-terminal for tricycles going to Batinguel and beyond. It's after that, somewhere in the middle. Just ask around there, you won't miss it.

You could also try the PAUNAY at Piapi. It's near the Hall of Justice and Department of Agriculture. It's a little bit cheaper there than the public market.
