Home & Garden Local Builders Good, but

I had 3 houses built here by two different builders. My experience is the two builders I used were very knowledgable and diligent. However, the skill level of some of their employees were poor. Whether that is because of lack of experience, no trade school training, low IQ, or other reasons, I don't know, Critical skills like plumbing, roofing, electricians, carpentry, didn't show on the results. It could be the OJT takes time. My current house was built 4 years ago and, for the most part, is better than the ones built 15 and 13 years ago, so perhaps experience has helped.
