Hi everyone-I finally joined up after following the forum off and on for the last year or so.

There's a good chance I'll be moving to Dgte early next year. Having visited Dgte before, I'm familiar with the town. Near the end of 2008 I'll be seriously interested in what homes are available to rent. Much too early to start looking now.

Welcome Travel Time! I hopefully will get to meet you in person at a DIr's monthly gathering if you are moving at the end of 2008. I am still in the process of building my budget.

    Hi T T,

Welcome to the forum. I imagine your as excited as I am about the prospect of relocating (with the exception of the packing & shipping). I'm hoping to find a rental house in Valencia for a resonable cost. I guess that is one of my main motivators for moving is the cost of living. Although, it certainly isn't the only reason. It seems everything about Negros Oriental is appealing from the pace of life to the number of expats. I'm glad there are enough expats around to help us transition. Hopefully, we get to meet someday.

    Tom
