I hear it takes some people forever to get their Philippine driver's license...does renewing one take long I wonder? Or is just as easy as say in the US? Mine expired in 2003.. They'll probably try and hit me with an enormous late fee..
1-2 days depending on how crowded it is. it involves a lot of waiting for your name to be called. :D you'll pay the same expiration fee per year, there's no additional late fee. be careful of "fixers" because they'll offer to do the work for you and jack up the total cost.
